At times there may be significant delays in the postal system and both standard & express shipping is not always guaranteed as 1-2days or next day delivery, which is out of Natural Blends control.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Natural Blends offer a $10.95 flat rate shipping on all orders shipped within Australia
Deliveries can take up to 2-7 days depending on location within Australia.
Natural Blends cannot be held responsible for any late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control.
Express Shipping within Australia (Australia Post)
- Express Shipping is calculated by the weight of the parcel.
- Express Shipping is not covered under any FREE shipping specials.
- A maximum of 5kg can be shipped via Express Shipping
In accordance with the Australia Post website, next-day delivery for express post is only applicable if you are within an express post zone. Please allow extra time if you live within rural or remote areas. Natural Blends cannot be held responsible for any late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control.
All parcels will have a tracking number attached to them and this will be advised once the order has been dispatched.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is accurate. In the event of a returned parcel, the cost of the order will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred by Natural Blends. If you wish to have the parcel resent, you will need to pay new shipping charges. This will also apply if the order had free shipping.
Conditions:
Natural Blends preferred carrier is Australia Post however, occasionally there may be times where orders may be sent with a courier.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately, Natural Blends are unable to ship orders internationally at this time.
Packaging:
All possible care will be taken to ensure your order is wrapped and packed to limit any chance of breakages and spillages during transit. All orders will be packed in boxes along with packing materials to keep the items safe as possible from harm.
In the unfortunate event of a breakage, please contact Natural Blends within 48-hours of the order being received with pictures of the damaged goods. We will then advise of further actions.
Dispatch:
Where possible, all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been received, however, we do all our shipping at 2pm each business day (any orders received after this time will go in the next days deliveries).
Authority to Leave:
In the event it is requested to have a parcel left at the premises, Natural Blends will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. Australia’s harsh conditions and extreme heat can adversely affect items in your order and it is strongly advised not to leave orders especially those with bath and body products unattended. We do, however, understand it is convenient to have parcels left, so are happy to offer this service. Any items that have been affected in the order from being left unattended will not be replaced or refunded.
Pick-Ups:
Natural Blends is an online based shop and unfortunately cannot offer pick-up at this time.
